Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our VPS, LXC container, and Nextcloud hosting services.

What is a VPS and what can I use it for?

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) gives you dedicated CPU, RAM, and storage with full root access. You can host websites, databases, game servers, email servers, or any application — with complete control over your environment.

What's the difference between a VPS and an LXC container?

A VPS uses full virtualization (KVM) and can run any OS including Windows. An LXC container only runs Linux but is faster, lighter, and cheaper — starting at $4/mo vs $12/mo. If you only need Linux, LXC is the best value.

Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in a US data center with high-speed connections. We use enterprise AMD Ryzen 9 and Threadripper processors with NVMe SSD storage on ZFS for maximum performance and reliability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Can I install any software on my VPS?

Yes. All our VPS and LXC containers come with full root access. You can install any software, framework, database, or control panel you need.

What is Nextcloud?

Nextcloud is an open-source private cloud platform. It works like Google Drive but your data stays on your own server. Our Nextcloud plan comes pre-installed with Collabora Office for editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations — all for $5/mo.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund 100% of your payment.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Contact us anytime to increase your VPS resources or migrate to a higher plan.

Do you offer discounts for longer billing periods?

Yes. We offer approximately 10% off on quarterly billing and up to 25% off on yearly billing. You can select the billing period when ordering.

Do you offer IT consulting and PC repair?

Yes. We offer remote IT consulting at $75/hr and PC repair starting at $49/session. On-site service is available in the Lawrenceville, GA area at $85/hr.
